• -Turn left on Louetta Rd.
• -Proceed to the second stop light and turn right onto Chasewood Park Dr.
• -Turn right into the Vintage Park shopping center at the third entrance.
• -On your left will be UT Physicians.
• -Proceed straight and we are at the end of the building on the left.
